Appraising murals requires careful consideration of a number of factors. In this lecture, Reagan Upshaw, AAA, Reagan Upshaw Fine Art, will give you the basics on participating in this specialized field of appraising. Reagan will discuss primarily Works Progress Administration (WPA) murals, as well as several non-govenment funded murals.
This is a recording of a lecture held live at the National Arts Club in New York on May 6, 2024.
