For over forty years, Japanese animation art was a unique niche in the art collector's world. Today, fueled by nostalgia, grown-ups all over the world are seeking out the pieces that echo their childhood, catapulting Japanese animation from a niche interest to a significant presence in mainstream pop culture and the global, contemporary art collecting scene. Join Heather Russell, Head of Product, Irreverent Labs for the final installment of our 2023-2024 Lecture Series.
This is a recording of a lecture previously held live on June 3, 2024.
