The 7-hour USPAP update course is only for those who have taken USPAP within the past 24-months. It has been organized to conform to the criteria set forth by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Participants meet for a total of 7 hours for this mostly discussion-based class, and there is no examination. If you have not taken USPAP within the past 24-months, you are required to take the 15-hour course & exam.
A digital copy of the 2024 USPAP book, Reference Manual, and 7hr Student Manual will be emailed to all students at no cost prior to the course. Students are required to have access to these materials during the course.
** Effective January 1, 2024, we will only be providing digital copies (PDFs) of USPAP materials to all USPAP students. Attendees who wish to order hard copies of the materials can do so at The Appraisal Foundation website: The Appraisal Foundation store. We recommend ordering them at least two weeks before the class start to ensure they arrive on time. Please note that only the 2024 USPAP and 2024 Guidance and Reference Manual can be purchased via The Appraisal Foundation store. If you would like a hard copy of the 7-Hour Student Manual, you will need to print it.**
