In-Person, NYC
The Of Value: 2024 National Conference will take place on Wednesday, November 6 & Thursday, November 7, 2024 It is held at the New York Athletic Club, 180 Central Park South (at 7th Avenue). Morning check-in will take place on the 9th floor beginning at 8:00 AM EST. The program begins at 8:50 AM each morning. Coffee, exhibitors, and breakout sessions can be found on the 10th floor. This year, the Conference will also be livestreamed. 

Luncheon and Awards
Registration for the in-person conference includes a seated, plated luncheon (for the National Conference only) on the 9th floor. The Belmont Award will be presented during the luncheon on Wednesday, November 6. All other awards will be presented during the luncheon on Thursday, November 7.

Evening Reception
The Evening Reception will be held on Wednesday, November 6 from 5:30-7:30 PM at Phillips, 432 Park Ave, New York, NY 10022. All attendees are welcome to attend. 


 

Dress Code
Please note: Business attire is required - no jeans or sneakers are permitted. Read more about the City House dress code here.

Conference Materials
We're going green! All conference materials will be digital this year. We will email them to Conference attendees before the start of the Conference.

Please refer to the Appraisers Association of America National Conference when making your reservation to receive the discounted rate.
Average rate: $265 per night (double bed), $320 per night (queen bed).
The room block will be held until October 8. After this date, reservations are based upon availability.
Please note if room block is not filled, rates may revert to non-discounted rates.

Closed Captioning
Closed captioning will be made available for both in person and virtual attendees. More information will be provided in advance of the conference.

Virtual Conference
This year, the Conference will also be livestreamed on YouTube. Virtual attendees will be sent a link to the Landing Page prior to the live event. On this page, you will find one link to login to the keynote conversation and panels, and separate links to the breakout sessions. You will also find links to download the supplemental materials.You will be required to sign into your Google or YouTube account in order to use the chat feature and/or to ask a question.
Please note that the Wednesday Patrick Bringley Keynote Address and Thursday Ask the IRS Panel will be livestreamed but NOT recorded.
