Appraiser's Statement

I am a member of the Appraisers Association of America, and bring 30 years of experience in the appraising and selling of 20th and 21st century Post War and Contemporary American and European Art, and Vintage and Contemporary Photography. I created and taught a course in Fine Art & Photography at the International Center of Photography. I have lectured and conducted seminars in Fine Art, Photography and Documentary Filmmaking at Drew University, New York University and Columbia University. I've produced 15 documentaries on 20th and 21st century artists including Henry Moore, Willem deKooning, Georgia O'Keefe, Roy Lichtenstein, Alexander Calder, among others. I am available to provide expert appraisals for Insurance, Resale, Donation, Estate, Matrimonial and Loss/Damage. I also offer a full range of consultancy services for the buyers or sellers of Fine Art and Photography. I assist clients in the New York City area and I am willing to travel.
