She spend 13 years at Sotheby's Auction House in NYC where she was a general decorative arts expert and a specialist in silver. She was also an auctioneer, a Vice-President and Director of both the Arcade and Appraisal Departments there before resigning to start her own business. She participated as an expert on PBS' Antiques Roadshow for over 10 years. After three years as a Director of Lofty.com since 2013, Sarah was on the Advisory Board of its acquirer, Auction Mobility based in Boston, for three years.
