AnderiesArt, offers an independent art advisory and appraisal service helping clients protect their fine and decorative art assets through informed and unbiased assessment. Julie holds a master’s in art history from Denver University and appraisal certificate in decorative and fine arts from New York University. Over twenty years of museum work and art consulting has enhanced her expertise in several genres of fine and decorative art, including southwest, modern and European art. As well, her educational concentration and travel throughout the Americas refined her acumen in Spanish Colonial and Latin American art. Alongside her work for private collectors in Denver and New Mexico, she has curated, managed collections, researched and coordinated exhibits for the Denver Art Museum, History Colorado, Denver Public Library, Kirkland Museum for Fine and Decorative Arts, Museo de las Americas, the Taos Art Museum and Very Special Arts Colorado. Through her museum work and independent projects Julie has also honed her skills in the field of 19th and 20th Century Decorative arts.
