Appraiser's Statement

Lauren Phillips is the founder of Parkside Art Group, a fully-integrated art services firm, based in Savannah, Georgia, with footing in New York City. Prior to starting Parkside Art Group, Lauren was a Director and founding member of AOI Advisors, a boutique asset-based financial firm dedicated to art lending, where she focused on collection management and valuation services. Previously, she was an Associate at Art Finance Partners, and held internships at Zach Feuer Gallery in Chelsea, Julie Heller Gallery in Provincetown, Massachusetts, Save Venice in Venice, Italy, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City. She received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History and Economics and Business from Lafayette College in 2011. In 2012, she finished her Masters in Art Business at Sotheby's Institute of Art, with a concentration in Contemporary Art, and completed the Comprehensive Appraisal Studies Program through the Appraiser's Association of America in 2020.
