Judith N. Jones (Judy), sole proprietor of Alderman Personal Property Appraisals, is a fully accredited member of the Appraisers Association of America, having completed the Appraisal Arts Program at New York University School of Professional and Continuing Education in Spring 2009. She is Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant. Alderman Appraisals, established in 2012, focuses on insurance, estate, charitable donations, and sales advisory appraisals. Service includes: - site visit to examine pieces to be appraised, take measurements and photographs - research to determine recent comparable sales and current market conditions.
