I am a Certified appraiser with a specialization in Impressionist, Modern, Post-War, Contemporary, and Emerging art. I hold a Ph.D in Art History and have worked with public, private and corporate collections, and artist's estates, handling provenance research, cataloguing, acquisitions, and valuations of fine art. The Art of the Appraisal is an independent business that provides expert certified appraisals for insurance, donation, estate planning, and other tax purposes for all types of Fine art. I also serve as an Associate Adjunct Professor, Art Market Studies program, F.I.T, SUNY.
