Susan is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America, admitted in the categories of Postwar, Contemporary & Emerging Art (Certified), Western American Art (Certified), Impressionist & Modern Art (Accredited), American Art (Accredited), Prints (Accredited), and Photography (Accredited), and Latin American Art. She is a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Appraisers Association of America and currently teaches in the Association’s Comprehensive Appraisal Studies Program (CASP). She has experience with a wide range of appraisal assignments, including insurance scheduling, loss of value, estate and gift tax, donation, collection management, leasebacks, appraisal review, and litigation support. Services include onsite examination, in-depth market research, objective and unbiased market analyses, and detailed, substantiated reports explaining and supporting the valuation conclusion.
